Physicians Accountable Care of Utah

Granger Medical Clinic initially partnered with Wasatch Internal Medicine and Foothill Family Clinic to create an Accountable Care Organization that is participating in the Medicare Shared Savings Program. Our goal is to help our Medicare patients navigate the complexities of the healthcare system in a way that keeps them healthier. Since its inception, Granger Medical Clinic and Wasatch Internal Medicine have merged, and Utah Cancer Specialists and Utah Gastroenterology have joined the ACO.
