Banana, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Shake
(a healthier shake than most restaurants)


 

2 frozen, ripe bananas, cut into slices
2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter or almond butter
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
2 Tbsp. molasses or 1 Tbsp. agave syrup
Almond milk

Freeze banana slices. Mix all ingredients in a blender, adding almond milk to reach the consistency you like. Makes 2 servings.
