Family Billing. Your Granger account includes all family
(household) members. You will
receive a monthly statement detailing all outstanding
balances, including current activity.
Please review this information carefully and
compare it with the explanation of payment from your
insurance
carrier.
Most carriers pay within 30 – 40 days.
If there are outstanding insurance issues on your statement,
please
call
your insurance company.
If you have Insurance. As a courtesy,
GMC will file claims to your insurance carrier.
To better serve you at the time you present for your appointment, please be prepared to:
• Present
your insurance card.
• Make your co-payments required by your plan.
GMC providers participate in most insurance
plans. We cannot guarantee that all physicians are participants on all plans.
Please familiarize yourself with the specific
requirements of your insurance plan in regards to plan participation, co-pay, and referral or pre-authorization
requirements.
