What should you think about before becoming Active?

To achieve a healthy weight it is necessary to watch what you eat.  To maintain a healthy weight requires a bit more effort.   Exercise.  You should be looking to add a period of physical activity to most days of the week for between 30 minutes and an hour.   Before you go ahead and start a physical activity regime, though, you should talk to your doctor, especially if you have health problems.
