Care Philosophy

Ryan believes in partnering with patients and families through a holistic approach to promote health and happiness through effective communication and the use of the most current up-to-date medical information and practices. He believes it is of the utmost importance to listen to his patients and families concerns and provide honest and accurate information to provide the best care possible.

He’s also a firm believer that providing preventative care is crucial to health and happiness and prevention of illness, disease and disability. People are not numbers, symptoms or diagnoses and they should not be treated as such. Patients should be respected and listened to, with cultural and personal preferences taken into consideration, and no concern or detail is too small to address. He is noted among his peers for his compassion, honesty and devotion to his patients.

Ryan is a native to Utah and loves the people, various cultures, and values He worked during his doctorate to implement an obesity screening and management protocol at the University of Utah Madsen Health Clinic and partnered with researchers at the University of Utah to improve Labor and Delivery pain management. He was also the Vice President of the Primary Care Progress Salt Lake City Chapter, and volunteered with TRAILS at the University of Utah to bring recreational activities to paraplegic and quadriplegic patients. Ryan is excited to be with Granger Medical Clinic to partner with patients, families, and their loved ones while promoting their health, happiness and well-being.
