Julieanne R. Cox, FNP-C
Julieanne Cox is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. A native of Utah grew up in Layton and now lives in Salt Lake City. Before acquiring her degree from Brigham Young University, she worked as an RN in the Bone Marrow Transplant and Thoracic Intensive Care Units. During her NP program, she worked to implement a program at multiple pediatric clinics to help youth and young adults with chronic conditions transition from pediatric care to adult care.
Having worked in the healthcare field for over 10 years, family medicine is a great fit because she enjoys treating patients of all ages and backgrounds. After spending years working in the tertiary side of medicine in the hospital treating progressed diseases, she was drawn to go back to school to pursue her NP specializing in family medicine. Julieanne believes the core of family practice is promoting healthy lifestyles and disease prevention. She also believes in treating each patient with compassion based on their individual needs, as healthcare is not a “one size fits all” system. Julieanne is excited to be a part of the Granger Family Practice.
Julieanne is married, they have one dog that they adore. She loves to travel and spend time with friends and family.
