Nick Trujillo, DO earned his medical degree at Touro University in Henderson, Nevada. He is board certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. He created the Granger Metabolic Health and Weight Management department in order to guide individuals through health transformations. This practice caters specifically to people with weight issues, metabolic syndrome, diabetes and/or other weight-related conditions. The focus is on addressing the core underlying issues while also educating extensively on nutrition and lifestyle interventions. Dr. Trujillo has seen tremendous life-changing results come from his metabolic health program and he sincerely appreciates the opportunity he has to empower people toward real health change.
Dr. Trujillo believes that every patient is a unique human being that merits a whole person approach. He takes the time to closely listen to each patient before deciding on the treatment that best suits them. He has a passion for prevention, patient education, and addressing the obesity epidemic. He strives to be the kind, open, and nonjudgmental medical professional that every patient needs.
Dr. Trujillo is married and has six kids (including two sets of twins). Outside of clinic he enjoys soccer, camping, fly fishing, cooking, sushi and spending time with his family
