Granger Medical Clinic’s Patient Portal is a great way for patients to have easy and private access to medical information online (for the best viewing experience, it is recommended that you use Google Chrome to visit the Patient Portal website). On the Portal, you can view personal health records and receive periodic updates and reminders from your clinic.

To access the Patient Portal on a smartphone or other mobile device, download the healow app by eClinicalWorks LLC from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. (Use practice code: HGCCCA when setting up your account on the app)

Your privacy is important to us. To protect your personal information, we ask that you register for the Patient Portal by contacting your clinic location either over the phone or in person.

If you require additional assistance with Patient Portal, call our Patient Portal support team at 801.965.3531.

Within 1-2 business days of signing up, you will receive an email from Granger Medical Clinic that contains your username and temporary password. You will be able to securely log in with your username and password, and gain access to your personal health record and other helpful features from any computer or smartphone.

What can I do on the Patient Portal?

A lot! Granger Medical’s Patient Portal makes it easy to access your medical records anytime and communicate with your healthcare professionals from anywhere with an internet connection, including:

  • View your personal health record.
  • Send and receive messages from staff.
  • Request appointments and receive appointment reminders.
  • Update your personal demographic information.
  • Access and view lab results.
  • View billing statements and make payments.
  • Request medication refills online.
  • Track and view your immunization.

I have forgotten my user name and/or my password. How can I access my account?

Resetting your username and/or password is easy.

To reset your password visit the Patient Portal password reset page or call the Patient Portal hotline at 801.965.3531. It may take up to 72 hours to receive a temporary password for your account.

Usernames are typically a person’s first name, last name, and year of birth…

Example: FirstLast1973

Or a person’s full email address…

Example: yourname@emailprovider.com

What are the terms and conditions of use on the Patient Portal?

You can read and print the current Terms and Conditions here. Please read Terms and Conditions in their entirety before using the Patient Portal.

Can I see my lab results on the Patient Portal?

Yes, you can! You can expect to see most lab results within seven business days of the result.

Some lab results are not published to the Patient Portal. If you don’t see your results, please contact your physician’s office.

Can I see my imaging and other ancillary results on the Patient Portal?

Not at this time, but you can call your physician directly for the results of any CT scans, X-ray,
colonoscopies, and other ancillary services.

Can I view my medical records?

Yes! Medical Summaries from the last two years can be accessed through the Patient Portal.

Please be aware that the Patient Portal records are not complete records. To obtain a complete copy of our medical records, simply use the Medical Records Request form or call 801.965.3471.

Can I access the patient portal using my smarthphone?

Yes. To do so, simply download the free healow App from the Google Play or Apple App store, which puts all of your family’s important health information in a single location, right at your fingertips. With just one username and password, you can access accounts for both yourself and any of your minor children. You can also manage accounts for your spouse and/or aging parents, with their consent.
