Stacey Lake, FNP, is thrilled to join Granger after graduating from Loyola New Orleans University with her degree in Advanced Nursing Practice and has a special interest in Women’s Health and Preventative Care.
Her unique skills include minor procedures, such as Botox injection, IUD and Nexplanon placement/removal, Pap smears, and treatment of menopausal symptoms. She hopes to foster a trusting relationship with her patients, based on mutual respect and shared medical decision-making.
Stacey has 13 years of experience with nursing in the community, most notably she served as the charge nurse at the Maliheh Free Clinic of Salt Lake City.
She enjoys camping, snowboarding, and cooking. She lives in Sandy with her husband and three kids.
