Wayne Berg, FNP-C
Urology
Wayne Berg is an AANP certified Family Nurse Practitioner, FNP-C. He started his nursing career working at the LDS and Intermountain Medical Center Hospitals caring for kidney and liver transplant patients. He then worked for over ten years in the operating room setting as the manager at Mountain West Surgical Center.
Wayne is interested in providing his patients with information on not only their current medical ailment, but advice about lifestyle and preventative care as well. He takes his role as a medical provider seriously while providing effective and compassionate care for his patients.
He is excited to join the Summit Urology team of doctors with Granger Medical Clinic. When away from the clinic Wayne enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He enjoys anything sports related and loves to be outdoors.
Wayne has been able to work with scouting groups in the Salt Lake City and Bountiful areas helping to mentor young men. He has also had the opportunity to work with various medical missions, including spending some time in Haiti caring for the displaced people that have been ravaged by the earthquake.
