Cassie Port, FNP-C

Cassie has worked in healthcare for over 20 years with her most recent experience working as a registered nurse in Intermountain Healthcare’s respiratory intensive care unit. Looking to expand her skills set, she decided to further her education and recently graduated with a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University, in Spring Arbor, Michigan. Now Cassie joins Granger Sleep & Lung – West Jordan, working with Dr. Sandeep Chowdhary, and is looking forward to caring for her patients in her new role as a healthcare provider.

Cassie’s personal philosophy is to “treat others how I would like to be treated” and she strives to support her patients in living a fulfilling life through proper management and support of chronic health conditions. She provides her patients with the autonomy to decide the best treatment option for them through proper education of evidence-based practices that are tailored to fit each patient’s individual needs.

Outside of work, Cassie enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three wonderful children. She also enjoys traveling, water sports, and leisurely reading.
