To make an online payment, you will need the following:

• Account number (found on your statement)
• Patient first name, last name and date of birth
• Email address (payer’s)
• Payment amount
• Credit/debit card, or bank routing and account number

Note: You do not have to be enrolled in the patient portal to make a payment online.

You can also mail your payment in the envelope that came with your statement or drop off a payment at any Granger Medical Clinic location during regular office hours.

Yes! You can expect to see most lab results within seven business days of the result.

In some instances, lab results may not be published to the patient portal. If you don’t see your results, please contact your physician’s office.

We are working on it! For now, you can call your physician directly for the results of any CT scans, X-ray, colonoscopies, or other ancillary services.

Medical summaries from the last two years can be accessed through the patient portal.

Please be aware that medical summaries are not complete records. To request a complete copy of our medical records, simply use the Medical Records Request form or call 801.965.3471.
