Vickie Hunt, FNP

Vickie Hunt, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joins Granger Medical Clinic with a strong foundation in urgent care and family medicine. She brings over a decade of experience providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from treating acute injuries and illnesses to supporting long-term wellness and chronic disease management. Vickie is known for her thorough assessments, diagnostic efficiency, and steady presence in fast-paced clinical environments.

Vickie is passionate about preventive care and patient education. She believes that the most effective healthcare happens in partnership—empowering individuals with the knowledge and resources they need to take an active role in their well-being. She takes time to listen, understand personal health goals, and deliver evidence-based care with compassion and respect.

Throughout her career, Vickie has managed a wide range of urgent care needs, including respiratory conditions, infections, musculoskeletal injuries, laceration repair, minor procedures, and IV hydration or medication infusions. Her experience with same-day access care has shaped her commitment to making healthcare more convenient, approachable, and supportive for every patient who walks through the door.

Outside of work, she loves quilting, crafting, reading mystery novels, and listening to true crime podcasts. She is happily married and values time with her close-knit family. In addition to celebrating her 30th wedding anniversary in January 2026, she is eagerly preparing to welcome her first grandchild in August 2025—complete with a lovingly remodeled Maileg mouse dollhouse waiting at home.
