April graduated from Campbell University with a Bachelor of Science in both Biochemistry and Biology and earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from East Carolina University in 2016. She is passionate about family medicine and values the opportunity to build lasting relationships with her patients and their families. April has a strong interest in preventive care and believes in empowering patients to take an active role in their health. Helping others improve their well-being and quality of life is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.
Outside of the clinic, April enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dogs. She loves to travel and stays active through hiking, skiing, and mountain biking.
