Collin McDonald, PA-C

Granger Pain & Spine

Collin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Utah in 2007. He went on to further his education and earned a Master of Medical Science degree from the Emory School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia in 2010. Prior to his training as a Physician Assistant (PA), Collin worked as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in an Emergency Department which cultivated his love of medicine and serving his community. While in the PA program, Collin was the recipient of the PA Heritage Award, an award given to students who “embody the traditions and characteristics of a caring PA”. He carries this attitude into his daily practice and has a strong desire to work with patients to improve their overall health.

Collin now specializes in pain management and considers it a privilege to join Granger Pain & Spine, where our mission is to treat each individual with care and respect as we partner with them to improve their chronic pain. Collin is invested in this mission as he strongly believes the best way forward is together, while using his skills and knowledge to effectively care for the needs of his patients.

Outside of work, Collin enjoys taking advantage of Utah’s beautiful mountains in every season. He also enjoys boxing, running, and cheering on his children during their soccer games and cheer competitions.
