Kaitlyn Williams, PA-C
Internal Medicine
A proud Salt Lake County native, Kaitlyn is thrilled to join Dr. Tyson Bailey’s internal medicine team at Granger Medical Clinic. She serves patients across the adult lifespan with empathy and inclusivity.
Kaitlyn holds a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Brigham Young University, where she was President of the Neuroscience Student Association and managed the Laura Bridgewater Molecular Biology research lab, focusing on genetic studies about the gut microbiome.
While attending Utah Valley University’s PA Program, she served as a Student Body Representative—advocating for her peers and volunteering alongside her cohort at the Maliheh Free Clinic in Salt Lake City, where she gained firsthand insight into the power of accessible care. During her internal medicine rotation under Dr. Tyson Bailey, Kaitlyn discovered her passion for the field’s high academic standards and deeply rewarding patient relationships.
Prior to PA school, Kaitlyn worked in diverse roles across family practice, psychiatry, and dermatology. Her two years in Taiwan teaching English and immersing herself in Mandarin shaped her deep commitment to culturally sensitive care. She is an LGBTQ+ ally and strives to ensure every patient feels respected and understood.
Kaitlyn understands that healthcare isn’t one-size-fits-all and strongly believes that every patient deserves personalized care. Using evidence-based medicine and a commitment to cultural competence, she tailors her approach to address the unique needs and backgrounds of each individual she serves.
When she’s not caring for patients, Kaitlyn cherishes time with her husband and their two young children. She is an avid hiker, runner, and reader, and loves all things outdoors!
Care Philosophy:
Kaitlyn believes that healthcare is a collaborative journey—one where patients deserve an active and respected role in their care. She emphasizes that patients’ unique experiences, values, and preferences are central to every clinical plan. Guided by a holistic care philosophy, Kaitlyn views health through a broader lens—integrating physical, emotional, social, and lifestyle dimensions into treatment. By tailoring care to each individual’s lived reality and promoting both wellness and healing, Kaitlyn practices a model of whole-person care that engages patients as partners in their health journey
