Layne A. Smith, MD

Layne A. Smith, MD has been with Granger Medical Clinic at Corner Canyon OB/GYN since 2013. He is a native of the Riverton/South Jordan area and was trained locally at the University of Utah.

Dr. Smith and his staff approach their patient care in a way that they would want to be cared for personally. That includes being available, responsive, friendly and as efficient as possible. They want each patient to feel like they are a priority and can trust them with their care.

Dr. Smith is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and commonly sees patients for: General adolescent and adult care, high risk obstetrical care, evaluation and treatment of infertility and gynecologic surgery for vaginal prolapse, urinary incontinence, benign gynecologic hysterectomies and endometriosis.

He is interested in tennis, basketball, football and target shooting. He is married with three children and three step children.
