Melanie Riederer, FNP-C

Melanie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with specialized training in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. Originally from North Carolina, she brings more than a decade of pediatric nursing experience in both acute care and outpatient settings, along with a background in adult case management helping patients navigate complex health challenges.

Her international volunteer work—including providing surgical care for underserved women and children in Guatemala and serving in orphanages in Kenya and Thailand—has strengthened her commitment to compassionate, inclusive care for vulnerable and marginalized populations.

Melanie is dedicated to helping patients manage asthma, allergies, and eczema, supporting both children and adults in finding relief and renewed health. She believes in holistic care, treating the whole person and ensuring that each patient feels seen, heard, and empowered in their health journey. Avid in her faith, she approaches every encounter with empathy and kindness.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys cycling, hiking, baking, cooking, and spending time with her family and dog. A true food enthusiast, she loves exploring new flavors—especially fresh salads, hearty grain bowls, ramen, and sushi.
